Can it be heated?
Yes, of course! We offer high-quality heating systems that can heat your pool’s water up to 40°C without any risk of damage. However, while that might sound great, it’s important to point out that swimming pools require a significant amount of energy to keep warm, so keeping your pool heated all-year round could come at a substantial cost.
Therefore, installing a system that can reduce your energy costs could be a great solution. Renewable energy systems, such as air-source heat pumps, biomass boilers and solar panels, can be an effective way of generating your own electricity and keeping energy costs down. Many of our previous clients tend to use air-source heat pumps, due to the low running costs they provide over the summer months.
Something else to consider while purchasing your pool is the type of shell it has. Our carbon ceramic composite one-piece pools may cost slightly more to install initially, but their composition means that they are much better at retaining heat than alternative designs. Choosing to add a cover to your pool can also be a highly effective way of conserving heat and keeping energy costs down.
