How many strokes will I be able to do in one length when you add a Fastlane® system by Endless Pools®
The number of strokes you’ll be able to take in one “length” of an Fastlane® system by Endless Pools® depends on a few factors – your stroke technique, swimming speed, and the size of the pool itself. Endless pools® are compact by design, with most residential models ranging from around 2.13- 4.87 metres in length. This gives you a relatively short “endless” swim path compared to a traditional lap pool. However, the adjustable water current allows you to swim in place indefinitely.
While you won’t get as many continuous strokes as a full-size lap pool, a counter-current swimming pool allows you to repeat your stroke cycles indefinitely by simply pushing off the opposite wall to maintain your swim position against the water flow.
