About our pools
Why Choose Compass Pools?
We believe it’s our innovative materials and processes that set us apart from other swimming pool builders. Instead of conventional liner pools or concrete pools which can become damaged easily or harbour excess bacteria, we have the exclusive rights in the UK to sell Compass prefabricated ceramic pools.
These state-of-the-art designs are delivered to your property as a complete, one-piece shell and lowered into an excavated hole. The hard, non-porous material eliminates the risk of accidental tearing and prevents a build-up of bacteria. In fact, we are so confident in the quality of our pools that a 20-year warranty is offered with every installation.
Working with you every step of the way
When it comes to designing your pool, our experienced team will take the time to discuss every option so that you can find exactly the right pool for your home. Compass swimming pools are available in 9 different shapes, 27 size variations and twelve unique colour options, so whether you want a compact plunge pool or a breath-taking infinity pool, we’re certain that we’ll have what you need.
We can work with other contractors and project managers to deliver both indoor and outdoor pools, also working on landscaping and other finishing touches. Don’t forget about adding lighting, filters, waterfalls, jets or even a fresh water system to make your home swimming pool unique.
We’ll provide regular updates throughout the project so that you know that your installation is on track and, once the pool is complete, our team will ensure everything is left in an immaculate condition.

How much does a Pool Installation Cost?
One of the most frequently asked questions is also one of the hardest to answer, as the cost of any pool will depend on a number of factors. The size will have a major impact on the overall cost, as will your specific design options. Costs tend to average between £1,500 and £3,000 per square metre, but if you are building a new building specifically to house the pool, this can increase by £800-£2,000 per square metre.

How is a Ceramic Pool different to a Liner Pool?
Liner pools are made using a sheet of plastic or PVC to hold the water, and can be positioned above or below the ground. The flexibility of a liner pool allows for completely unique shapes to be made, and the total cost an be significantly lower than other types of pool. However, liners are susceptible to damage and will need to be replaced after a few years.
On the other hand, a ceramic pool is almost as straightforward to install but offers far superior durability and better insulation. With a huge variety of shapes, sizes and colours to choose from, you can still find a style to suit the aesthetic you’re looking for.
