The Brief
The design needed to harmonise with the traditional architecture of the property while incorporating modern amenities to ensure year-round usability. The client was also looking for a sophisticated and timeless look for the pool, with an eye-catching colour and attractively contrasting coping stones.
The owner wanted to spend as much time as possible using the pool, so intelligent heating, maintenance and cleaning systems needed to be built into the project’s scope.
The Design
The expanse of the garden where the pool was planned demanded a design that wouldn’t get lost amidst the landscaping and surrounding greenery. A small pool simply would not do justice to the scale of the property and would appear out of place in such a grand setting. The homeowners wanted a pool that would complement the estate’s grandeur and provide ample space for swimming and relaxation.
To meet these requirements, extensive consultations were held with the client to carefully select a pool model that would harmonise with the expansive garden. After careful consideration, the XXL-Trainer 133FB model was chosen for its impressive dimensions and sleek design. This particular model boasts generous proportions, ensuring that it commands attention and becomes a focal point within the expansive garden.

The Challenges
The area of the garden where the pool was to be situated was expansive, so a small pool would have been dwarfed by the landscaping and surrounding garden. In consultation with the client, an XXL-Trainer 133FB model was chosen for its generous dimensions and elegant lines, making it a perfect fit for the expansive estate.
The client wanted hassle-free pool management, so this pool is equipped with an advanced fresh water filtration package including pump, filter, chlorine feeder, UV system, and a touchscreen auto-dosing system for precision chlorine and pH control.
A key challenge of the project was to ensure both safety and energy efficiency of the pool, without compromising its aesthetic. Therefore, we installed an automatic roller cover with polycarbonate aluminium slats to keep the pool looking smart, and the heat in.
